Error
Creating a new assignment in a Workforce for ArcGIS project zooms the extent to 0,0 if a custom basemap is set as the default basemap in ArcGIS Online.

Non-reproducible.Solución alternativa
Assign the custom basemap to the Dispatcher Map. Follow the steps below:- Open the Configure Project screen, and click Dispatcher Map (this opens a new window with the web map.).
- Select the basemap, and switch to the custom basemap used as the default in ArcGIS Online.
- Click Save. New assignments do not incorrectly modify the extent.
