This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.2 and ArcGIS Pro 3.2.Solución alternativa
In ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1, specify the coordinate reference systems (CRS) to use in the GetFeature request to return the coordinates in the correct longitude and latitude format. However, this workaround does not work in ArcGIS Enterprise version 11.0 or 11.1, and specifying the CRS still returns the coordinates as longitude and latitude.
