Error
Convert Diagram to Features tool with 'Export All Related Features Attributes' checked on fails when the data include a text field wider than 255 characters, even when that input and output are a file geodatabase feature class.

Solución alternativa
Limit text fields to 255 characters in length or set the destination output to shapefile.The other work around is to not export the 'related' attributes. The schematic records have the UOID field in it already. You can instead use a join back to the 'real' feature class based on this UOID tied to the 'real' feature class ObjectID field. This has the added advantage of no duplication of data. It has the disadvantage of always needing the join to get to those attributes.Pasos para reproducir
