As portal admin, launch Mission Manager, and once the web app has established the user, they will need to select the avatar at the upper right of the page. If there appears to be a connection issue, the admin should select Admin Settings from the dropdown, Health Check from the panel on the left, and then test the connection. We brought the connectionCheck forward to this GUI interface for easier administrative actions. This check is well annotated in our ArcGIS Mission Documentation. We will make a determination on the need to add this endpoint to the REST API documentation in future releases.
