Connection to a third-party Web Coverage Service (WCS) server displays an empty certificates dialog box in ArcGIS Pro.

Solución alternativa

In ArcGIS Pro 3.4, a workaround to add the WCS is to add the WCS server connection twice. The first time, cancel the certificate prompt when it arises.

To add the WMS connection: https://www.mercator.vlaanderen.be/raadpleegdienstenmercatorpubliek/wms, the connection with the WCS Server must first be established in the existing project.
