Error
Configuring a pop-up in ArcGIS Online with a hyperlink that uses a field to append the second part of the URL results in the forward slashes contained in the field to be encoded, and causes the page not to be found on some sites.

Solución alternativa
• Include the full URL in a field of the attribute table.
• Alter the web adaptor's settings to allow the encoded forward slashes to be read.
