Error
Configuring a custom pop-up in ArcGIS Online using a mailto HTML e-mail link converts the date fields to UNIX time.

This is by design. When building the URL, it uses the raw date value in UNIX time because this is what is being returned by the query. In the pop-up, date is converted to local time for display only. It is recommended to use Arcade to convert or format the date to a string as needed.Solución alternativa
Create a new text or string field and copy the values from the date field.
