Collaboration workspace sync fails when the ArcGIS Online organization is hosted in the Asia-Pacific region and the group joined to the workspace contains more than 20 items.

This defect is addressed in the Portal for ArcGIS Security 2025 Update 1 Patch. - Limit the workspace size to 20 items.
- Create a second workspace within the same collaboration and distribute the items across both.
- Use an ArcGIS Online organization hosted in the United States region.
