Error
Clicking on certain locations within the card boundaries of the toggle-based ArcGIS Online organizational settings displays a "<settings page> settings updated successfully" message, but does not update the toggle to reflect this change until the page is refreshed.

This issue is fixed. Enabling or disabling Comments under Items takes time, depending on the number of items in the organization. During this time, the card is unable to be clicked as the process must finish first.Solución alternativa
Change toggle-based settings by clicking directly on the toggle button, or refresh the page for an accurate settings configuration.
