Changing the visibility range for a layer added to a new map, and then refreshing the page, remove the labels.

Works in Map Viewer Beta. The issue is not to be addressed in the current Map Viewer.Solución alternativa
- Changing the visibility range and saving the map more than two times solve the issue, and is not reproducible after that (according to the in house testing).
