This issue is not-reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1.Solución alternativa
- Unregister the standby portal machine.
- Uninstall the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 portal on the standby machine and delete the local Portal for ArcGIS directories.
- Cleanly re-install the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 portal and join back to the existing ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 portal site.
