Error

Changing the feature layer URL in the Settings tab drops the legend description from the Visualization tab.

This is not a defect. The behavior occurs due to missing labels. This behavior is not caused by switching the URL on the Settings tab. The legend labels are dictated by 'label' values within the 'renderer' properties on the feature layer.
