Certain attribute rules prevent the creation of related records when a feature template for a feature layer is configured to add a related record upon feature creation.

Solución alternativa

• Enable 'Exclude from application evaluation'. This allows the related record to be created successfully.
• The related record can also be added by right-clicking the relationship in the Attributes pane and selecting Add New To Relationship.
