Error
CA-signed certificates are not preserved when upgrading the ArcGIS Enterprise portal to 11.5, which causes the portal to be not accessible.

Duplicate of BUG-000171951.Solución alternativa
- Before upgrading to the ArcGIS Enterprise portal 11.5:
- Go to portaladmin/security/sslcertificates and note down the alias of the CA-signed certificate.
- After completing the upgrade:
- Stop the portal service.
- Manually reimport the CA-signed certificate into the server.xml file.
- Start the portal service and the portal site will be accessible.
