Models that contain the Quick Import tool that were created using ArcGIS 9.3.1 will function properly in ArcGIS 10 (i.e., the Input Dataset can be specified). Copy the 9.3.1 toolbox that contains the model that contains the Quick Import tool2. Paste the toolbox into a folder3. Rename the toolbox and model (optional)4.
