1. Create an empty feature class in the ArcSDE, import the fields from the feature class in FGDB, but change the length of the text field from 4096 to 4000 (or less), then, load data from the feature class in FGDB to the empty feature class in ArcSDE.2. Copy/Paste the feature class from FGDB to PGDB, the text field with length of 4096 will become length 2147483647. Use ArcCatalog/GP tools to transfer the feature class from PGDB to ArcSDE, the text field will be converted to NCLOB.
