arcpy.mp module export functions do not honor the color management set for a layout when run on a server.

Solución alternativa

Save the .icc files on the ArcGIS Server machine where the print service is running. If it is a multi-machine environment, save the .icc file on all machines.

• C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\framework\runtime\ArcGIS\Resources\ColorProfiles
• C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\color

After copying the file, restart ArcGIS Server, then:

1. Log on to the ArcGIS Server machine as ArcGIS SOC user.
2. Install ArcGIS Pro that matches the ArcGIS Server version. (for example, for ArcGIS Server 11.1, install ArcGIS Pro 3.1)
3. Open ArcGIS Pro.
4. Go to ArcGIS Pro's backstage, click Project > Options.
5. Enable Color Profile.
6. Exit ArcGIS Pro.
