Solución alternativa

Import the source streets data from the enterprise geodatabase (EGDB) to a new file geodatabase (FGDB). Do Not copy and paste.The issue seems to occur when there are date fields in the underlying data. Remove date fields from the streets feature class and re-create the network dataset.
