This issue is a known limitation in the older version of the ArcGIS Workforce app 17.10. The new version of the ArcGIS Workforce app 20.1.2 Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) logins are working. If the bug is reproducible in the latest version, create a new bug for the latest version of ArcGIS Workforce.Solución alternativa
