Solución alternativa

1. Update the choice list to remove double quotation (") from the choice names and republish the survey.
2. Update the domain codes for the field in the hosted feature layer.
3. Use a field calculator to update the existing values to match the domain (for example, replace 1/4" with 1/4). Since the new values are different for each feature depending on the existing value, it is easier to do the calculation in ArcGIS Pro.
