Error
ArcGIS Survey123 forms are not added to a new ArcGIS Mission when using a mission template with surveys.

Mission templates are designed to carry over the settings from the mission they were created from. While materials such as documents and image files are retained, ArcGIS Survey123 projects do not appear to carry over when missions are recreated from the template.Solución alternativa
When a new mission is created from a template, the mission owner can manually add the surveys back into the mission through the Materials tab.
