ArcGIS Survey123 Connect opens a survey in the wrong organization, likely because it references the item ID and uses cached sign-in instead of redirecting to the full URL.

When signed in to ArcGIS Online via the default ArcGIS Online connection and selecting 'View item in ArcGIS Online', ArcGIS Survey123 Connect redirects to https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=. The browser then redirects to the organization associated with the current signed-in account. However, if a connection to the organization is added in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect, clicking 'View item in ArcGIS Online' directs to https://. Access to the item is granted if already signed in to the organization; otherwise, a sign-in prompt is displayed.

Solución alternativa

  1. Unlink the other organization's account or sign out of the other organization in Esri Academy. This is not feasible for users who need to stay signed in to both test and production ArcGIS Enterprise accounts.
  2. Open the item manually in Contents of the correct organization.
