Error
ArcGIS Survey123 Connect does not adjust the size of the menu items and configuration panes (or provides a scrolling bar) when the window is shrunk.

Solución alternativa
Stretch the window.
This is an easy workaround but there is a user encountering this issue with the map section even in full-screen mode. (Refer to the attached PDF).
