Solución alternativa

The workaround is to enable access to the web server URL. In a test scenario, the Default Document to the web server page was enabled. This is not advised and it is not a security best practice. This should discussed with a security team to figure out what causes the block. Therefore, the choices should be balanced between the security concerns and the additional prompts in ArcGIS Pro.
