Within returns 'true' if the first geometry is completely inside the second geometry. The Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) complaint ST_Within predicate pattern matrix states that the interiors of both geometries must intersect and that the interior and boundary of the primary geometry (geometry a) must not intersect the exterior of the secondary (geometry b).Solución alternativa
Use the Overlaps spatial relationship operation instead of Within.
