When processing drone data in ArcGIS Pro, the following requirements must be met for Ground Control Points (GCPs) to be imported successfully: 1. The GCPs must have 3D coordinates (x,y,z). 2. The spatial reference used in the Import GCP dialog must match that of the GCP's horizontal and vertical coordinates. 3. The GCP file must have an Object ID (OID) field.
