Solución alternativa

1. Project the elevation layer into the WGS 84 coordinate system.
2. Elevation Layer > Geoprocessing Tool: Project Raster.
3. Project the elevation layer into the WGS 84 coordinate system.
4. Replace the elevation layer in the other coordinate system with the re-projected elevation layer in the scene content and share the scene again to ArcGIS Online.
