Error

ArcGIS Pro returns the error, "ERROR: A row with this OID already exists" when trying to reconcile branch version with the name 'Q_430321' with the default version in customer's Utility Network feature service. The root cause of the issue is the 'Pipelineline_ADR attributed relationship class table. When this table is removed from the database during in-house testing with a backup of the customer's database, the reconcile then completes successfully.
