ArcGIS Pro changes the font style (from Narrow to Regular) of an annotation class published as a service in Portal for ArcGIS when it is added to a map.

Solución alternativa

Create a single annotation and edit the value in the Font Style field from Regular to Narrow in the Annotation layer's attribute table. This changes the font style to use the desired Arial Narrow font.
