ArcGIS Pro 2.4 launches with an incorrect license type when upgraded from ArcGIS Pro 2.3 using the silent installation method for both versions.

Solución alternativa

Change the license manually, as described below:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Licensing > Configure your licensing options.
  2. Select the license type as Named User.
  3. Select ArcGIS Online and provide ArcGIS Online Organizational URL.
  4. Click Ok and re-launch ArcGIS Pro.
