ArcGIS Open Data is unable to complete the download of the ArcGIS Online hosted service, ZoningBoundaries from http://catalogue.hrm.opendata.arcgis.com/, which contains complex geometry with a large number of vertices and displays the following error message, "An error occurred while processing this dataset."

This is non-reproducible after the November 2015 update.

Solución alternativa

Reduce the Max Record Count and/or break the dataset into subsets. If this does not help with the download, reduce the number of vertices per feature.
