The issue is non-reproducible at the 9.4 December 2021 release.Solución alternativa
- Exit out of the ArcGIS Online World Imagery Wayback Map settings window. The application remembers user credentials or Request for Permissions.
- Directly open the World Imagery Wayback Map in ArcGIS Online.
