ArcGIS Online joined hosted feature layer view is missing fields when the same field names are used in target and the join layers when using the Create View Layer option from the hosted feature layer's details page.

Use the Join Features tool from the Analysis tab in Map Viewer.

Note: The Join Features tool functionality from the Analysis tab consumes ArcGIS Online credits. Before proceeding with the analysis, use the 'Estimate credits' button.
