ArcGIS Monitor Server is unable to expand out the view of the top catalog listed when the computer display for the 'Scale and layout' size of text apps and other items is set to 125% or greater.

Known limitation. The user interface (UI) is receiving significant overhaul in the next major release, which will address this.Solución alternativa
- Change the display setting in ArcGIS Monitor Server to 100% to expand the top collection and revert back to the setting preference.
OR
- Create a copy of a collection with the name to be on top of the list.
