ArcGIS for Server services are not visible in story maps in ArcGIS Online when the published data (layers) are unchecked.

This issue is not reproducible with the ArcGIS Enterprise version 10.8.1 services. Please contact Esri Technical Support if the issue persists in a supported release.Solución alternativa
- Make sure to select all layers from the ArcMap workspace before publishing.
- Publish directly to ArcGIS Online as hosted layers. (This works even if the layer's checkbox is not checked in ArcMap before publishing).
