ArcGIS for Power BI is not portraying the report data sourced from a live connection in Azure, Canada Central region.

Maxing out the number of XY values on the map causes both the online and desktop versions of Power BI to use a lot of resources. It is recommended that the user filter out any unnecessary data on the map so that it does not go above 3500–10,000 features on the map. If the user is creating reports with rather large datasets and database connections, look into ArcGIS Insights to create those larger dashboards, as it is geared toward 'big data' analysis. Also mentioned, when the data is loaded into Bing's map, there is a message about using data samples as there is 'too much' data to put on the map. The issue is not reproducible by Esri, the product team, or Microsoft at this time.Pasos para reproducir
