ArcGIS Desktop Help does not come up anymore in ArcCatalog and ArcMap.

Solución alternativa
After extensive testing it has been determined this bug is limited to the Windows Server 2003 (32-bit only) operating system. While the solution is still being worked on here are numerous work-arounds for the issue:To open the installed Help: 1. Go to Start > Programs > ArcGIS > ArcGIS Desktop Help. 2. Create a shortcut on the desktop (set the location as: ..\ArcGIS\Help\ArcInfoMain.chm) and use it to launch the installed Help. To open the Web Help: 1. In the applications, click Help menu > Desktop Help Online 2. Go to Start > Programs > ArcGIS > ArcGIS Desktop Help Online. To open Geoprocessing tool Help: 1. In the ArcToolbox window, right click any toolbox or tool and choose Help. This launches the installed Help system.Pasos para reproducir
