Error
ArcGIS Data Pipelines (June 2024) returns an ADP_999999 error "An unexpected error occurred", when a 'Filter by Attribute' operation is performed after a one-to-one spatial join operation.

There was an issue with using SQL queries on the result of a join. This issue is fixed in the June 2024 update of ArcGIS Online.Solución alternativa
Until this is fixed, consider writing the join output to a new feature layer and using that as input to the data pipeline to continue the rest of the workflow. The 'Filter by Attribute' tool works on the resulting feature layer.
