Error

ArcGIS Collector on Android does not download attachments when trying to edit existing features, if 'Show feature attachments as links' is disabled in the pop-up of a feature layer in a web map.

This issue is to be addressed within the upcoming release of ArcGIS Field Maps v20.2. Refer to, https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/field-maps/field-mobility/whats-new-in-arcgis-field-maps-october-2020-beta-update/ for more information.

Solución alternativa

  • Enable 'Show feature attachments as links' in the pop-up configuration.
  • Closing, and reopening the app loads the attachments.
  • Use ArcGIS Collector Classic.
