Error
An SQLite GeoPackage created by ArcGIS returns a constraint error when attempting to insert a DATETIME value when used from Runtime.

Create the column manually in .sqlite3 and replace typeof((null)) with typeof((due_date_manual)) (for a column called due_date_manual).
This can be edited in Android.
