An Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS Operation View shared with a public ArcGIS Online group is not be accessible when accessed through the group's gallery; instead of the Operation View, the JSON is returned.

The Windows version of Operations Dashboard (operation views) and its companion JavaScript app in ArcGIS Online are now in Mature support status. No new development, bug fixes or patches are done by Esri. Customers are encouraged to use the new web-based version of the product (dashboard items).Solución alternativa
- In the Group, share the Group Web Application and configure it.
- Open the Gallery web application
- Copy the URL from the application and paste it into its own web page
