This is not a software issue. It is a problem in the Customer Geographic Summary report that is shipped with Japan 2017 Dataset. Esri Japan is provided with the steps to modify the copy that goes into Japan 2017 Dataset.Solución alternativa
In the Fusion Report Designer, navigate to File, open and select the Geographic Summary report, and click Edit. Change the font of the section by the red frame from MS Gothic to Meiryo.Pasos para reproducir
