An ArcGIS GIS Server 10.4.1 geocode service fails to return results for an otherwise successful "findAddressCandidates" operation when the locator has been built using a custom style, the Location and Distance parameters are provided, and Distance is above a certain threshold. This is seen within a certain reference dataset.
