Error
Although the z-values are different, the 'Must Be Covered By (Point-Line)' rule does not return any errors when creating a topology in ArcGIS Pro.

Topology validation is based on the x and y coordinates and do not take into account the z-values. This is not a planned enhancement. An attribute rule can be used to identify and select the points with z-values which do no match the line and could be used in conjunction with the geodatabase topology.Pasos para reproducir
