Error
Align ArcGIS Pro SDK error messages to include the REST API exception to aid troubleshooting. ArcGIS Pro SDK ValidateNetworkTopologyInEditOperation returns a generic error message different from the useful message of the REST API call on the client machine, making troubleshooting difficult without in-depth analysis.
