Open ArcMap 7) Go to the "Tools" menu then select "Options" 8) Select the "Raster" tab then select the "FileFormats" button. 9) Next, select the "Advanced" button. Choose "Add new raster format". 10) Navigate to. C:/ Program Files / Common Files / ESRI / Raster / usr / lib /ntx86 / RasterFormats 11) Select the "APU_MAP_AG8.dll" then hit "Open" 12) You will be prompted to Restart the application, hit OK and close ArcMap. 13) Re-open ArcMap.
