Error
After the ArcGIS Online November release, the feature selection does not occur when clicking the inside of a transparent polygon feature in ArcGIS Scene Viewer.

Layers fully transparent layers or symbols are excluded from rendering as of JS dSDK v. 4.31, refer thos documentation https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/release-notes/#bug-fixes-and-enhancements for more information. In order get pop-ups or selection for features, transparency has to be adjusted as needed.Solución alternativa
