Error
After signing out of ArcGIS Pro and signing in with another Named User license, ArcGIS Pro displays the licensing information of the previous named user.

This issue is by design. ArcGIS Pro determines the license to use at startup after signing in with the ArcGIS Online account. It is possible for the user to sign out and then sign in as another user. Unless restarting ArcGIS Pro, the new user uses the same license as the previous user. Again, this issue is by design.Solución alternativa
Restart ArcGIS Pro. If necessary, restart the machine.
