Error

After adding a layer to a web map from a CSV file, the legend in Web AppBuilder labels each layer by the name of the CSV file instead of the name of the layer.

Solución alternativa

Add the CSV data as an item in My Content, and use the item as a layer in the web map. The application shows the layer name as set in the web map.
