Adding a Windows Form with an ActiveX Control to a command which inherits from BaseCommand crashes ArcMap.

Listen to the BeforeCloseDocument event and unload the Windows Form object by calling its Close method. Caveat: the command does not work anymore if user closes a document but leaves ArcMap runningPasos para reproducir
